Some pointers to take note :

- Depends which u prefer : more meaty ? more 蟹膏 ?

if meaty , choose male crab ( bigger and tasty , but no 蟹膏 ... )
if 蟹膏 , choose female crab ( smaller , meat not so good ... but got 蟹膏... )

- And of cuz , the harder the crab , the heavier it is ... ( cfm nice one ! )
