This is a whole new experience to me , not easy at all .. To maintain the tempo and doing the same thing over and over again , needs experience . Well , i started how to cook ayam ( chicken ) and make delicious ... Still under "renovation" period . Once good to go , perhaps may invite some frens to try it out .. HAHA ...


Damn tiring , sometimes feel like quitting and go look for a new job , or perhaps go study to escape this cruel reality of this world ... No money , means no talk ... haiz ...

Due to a request fro Jeanne , i decided to gather info and head to the place to eat ~ This place is not far , yet near me ... Yes ! is @ Chinatown ... This shop hab already got her reputation of good claypot rice le . The stall runs by 2 sister ( if not wrong ) Power rite ? Ladies do claypot ... Later can see below ... is at leat 3 row of claypot , burning high tempertures

The stall also accept pre order too ... Of cuz we call first , then slowly go there , wait abit ( less than 5 mins ? ) . Worth all the times and effort ~

Free time finally ....

Finally got my own small free time after 3 hertic wrking days at new place ... (Awww ... Damn tired ... )

Now entering training phrase le ... As i mention b4 , wrking hrs changed ... Now roughly 7am - 5pm . Still wrk 6 days ... Now i dun hab ani time for my own also liao , let alone if i got gf all these ... Go wrk in the morning , come back during late afternoon , SUPER DUPER TIRED ( slack at home all these .... ) , KO at 12am .

Perhaps is apply to everyone , if its urs , i will be urs eventually . NO ! u muz FIGHT for it , else where u get all luxery u hab now . Keep dreaming will jus rot ur whole life ... Well , this is wat i feel for now , after these 3 daes of wrk ...
See tmr got time , will update again . i GO Hanabi again ~

I decided to investigate this Phantom of Yong Tau Fu @ Red Hill there ... I already hear this stall for quite some times , and even visit 2 times ( but closed due to his travel to CHINA bah ) ... So i gather enuff intelligence and finally go down ...

Upon reaching there , saw ONLY AND ONE store open ...

Money wise - Super affordable . ( Above one pot jus cost 13.80 nia . If one person eat , i think $4, u can eat until u drop liao ... )
Speciality : 三层肉 , 鱿鱼, 大肠, 猪头皮, 猪粉, 猪油渣
Chilli : Why special ? Cuz the Boss got add something and re-cook the chilli , else why so nice rite ?
Operating Hrs : ( As far as i concern ) 10pm - 4am

Suggestion on HOW TO EAT ( BEST WAY ) :

1)Ask for Dry ( No soup in the yong tau fu . WHY ? Cuz it won't 软软 de , esp 猪油渣 and 炸云吞皮 .)
2) Request Soup in another bowl
3) Mee Fen wifout sauce
4) Chilli and Sweet Sauce also seperate too
5) More Veg will be better ...
